Departure Instructions

• Dishes washed or placed in dishwasher
• All garbage taken to street or dumpster (bagged)
• Keys returned to check-in office
• Leave unit and balcony neat

Tee Time Policies

• 7-day cancellation policy (no changes within 7 days)
• No refunds for inclement weather
• For rain checks, contact the golf course directly
• Golf emergency after hours: 843-685-0503

Check-In Location

Check in at the Elliott Beach Rentals office. Verify the office location from your confirmation email.

After-Hours Check-In

• Arriving after 5:30 PM: keys in lockbox by front door
• Call 888-272-7263 during office hours for lockbox code
• If late and no code: call 843-249-1409

Kitchen Facilities

Fully equipped kitchens include pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and coffee makers.

Cancellation Policy (Accommodations)

• 10 business day grace period to change/cancel after initial payment
• Reservations cannot be transferred to another property
• Deposit is held if reservation is cancelled
• Refunds only if re-rented at full amount for same dates
• Partial refunds if re-booked for fewer dates
• $100 cancellation fee per unit for eligible refunds
• Hurricanes: refunds only with mandatory evacuation order

Cancellation Policy (Golf)

• Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival for tee-time refunds
• No cancellations or refunds within 2 weeks of arrival

Policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
